  Yesterday July 22,2016 I went in afternoon as I do everyday. I was told all muffins , bagels and crosiants were no good. They were not fully cooked from earlier in the day. Please explain to me how a million dollar operation doesn't have the means to re cook or bake new items ? There were three employees in there all of which were very polite I might add but non had a clue on why there was no manager or asst manager there rectifying this situation. If this was a mom and pops shop I get it but DD? Pathetic. The only reason I gave two stars was the employees were very sympathetic and polite

  Drive thru coffee wrong 4 times leave asked for a toasted bagel nope, I'll drive to Worcester next time. Teach your employeesor higher better ones

  Most of the help is fantastic. The management seems lacking/inept. Not enough staff when needed, too many when not.
